The Story Behind the Flavor
In early 2019, we started our adventure with Western Sandwich Company and quickly grew into a thriving, busy food stall at the Bountiful Farmers’ Market, serving Edmontonians our high-quality take on comfort food. Western Sandwich Company has now expanded with a second location at Manchester Square, Edmonton, and into a catering company for corporate events, holiday meals, and more.
We combine our education, skills, international experience, and our passion for cooking to give our customers fine dining, wrapped to go.
OUR INGREDIENTS
At Western Sandwich Company, we are passionate about producing high-quality, amazing food made from the best ingredients. All our menus include our:
Bread. Freshly-baked focaccia bread with incredible texture, airy and slightly chewy, generously topped with organic extra virgin olive oil and fresh rosemary leaves.
Beef. We use Northern Gold premium Canadian beef, carefully marinated with our unique wet-rub recipe, and slow-roasted for more than six hours.
Pork. Pasture-raised pork, freshly mixed dry rub and hours of roasting make our pulled pork irresistible.
Poultry. Organic, free-range chicken. Farm fresh, organic, free-range eggs. Cooked to perfection in our best recipes.
Cheese. Real Holland gouda melted between two pieces of bread makes our sandwiches outstanding.
Sauces. Pesto, dark beer mustard with toasted caraway seeds, arugula aioli, horseradish mayo, St. Louis BBQ sauce, and more. All the sauces and dressings in our fridge are made in-house from scratch.
